This is it, my friends... The year is almost over, a new one rapidly approaching. It's time to relax, reflect and celebrate! Let's give thanks for all that was good about 2025, celebrate the remaining holidays, and make plans for the future - as we sip on something fun and decadent.

This month we’re celebrating the Holidays in Europe: popping two Sparkling wines, starting with a lush 95-point Crémant from Alsace ( tons of those Christmas Market vibes), and then whisking you off to the Italian Alps to try a rare Franciacorta Rosé. We'll finish off our trip in Germany, sipping on a delightfully semi-sweet Riesling from one of the country's best regions.

For two days, we'll chill out, drink, eat and learn together - from bubbles for breakfast to a complete lunch workshop - and a chance to explore the area on your own as well.

The Inn has 10 rooms, meaning we can accommodate up to 20 guests in total! With a newly built annex, a wraparound porch, and a giant patio for our events, all perched high on a hill overlooking the Berks countryside.

Fire Up The Barbie…

Our group members asked for lighter whites and reds for the summer, so my first thought was, "what wines are great for grilling?" My mind went to Australia. So, put on your boots, we're headed to the Land Down Under to taste three amazing wines!

We'll start the tasting in Tasmania, with a rare and exotic 92-point bottle-fermented Sparkling rosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Then we'll visit Oz's premium region for Riesling - the Eden Valley - to taste a classic dry version. Lastly, we'll switch to red, to taste Australia's answer to France's Rhone Valley  - a fresh, herbal 91-point Grenache.

After two years in the works, we've finally put a date on the calendar for our first Wine Weekend getaway in the beautiful Wernersville/Reading area of PA.

Come spend a relaxing and intimate weekend with me and an exclusive group of wine lovers at the newly renovated South Mountain Inn, just an hour's drive from the Philly metro region. For two days, we'll chill out, drink, eat and learn together - from bubbles for breakfast to a complete lunch workshop - and a chance to explore the area on your own as well.

The Inn has 10 rooms, meaning we can accommodate up to 20 guests in total! With a newly built annex, a wraparound porch, and a giant patio for our events, all perched high on a hill overlooking the Berks countryside.

As a special treat, we're including a gourmet 5-course Italian wine dinner on Saturday night, catered by local Panevino owner David Brennan. The new patio can hold up to 100 guests, so we're extending the invite to anyone who wants to come, even if you're not attending the full weekend!

Pricing is as follows:
• Full weekend: $175/pp, includes all wine and food (room extra)
• Gourmet Dinner only: $85/pp

We’re expanding our famous Wine Weekend getaways to a second location! The South Mountain Inn in Wernersville (Berks County) PA, is a 6-room Select Registry B&B. The historic inn sits on seven wooded acres with sweeping views of the surrounding valley and distant mountain, and is the perfect place for us to enjoy wine, food and friends in the warm Spring weather. Spend the weekend relaxing and enjoying several intimate wine events including a pairing dinner led by Marc and a private chef.

There will be down time in between events and you’ll be free to explore this beautiful region for historic attractions, hiking, biking, antiquing and shopping downtown.

European Wine Vacation in Malaga, Spain

Plans for the 10-day Wine Living tour to Malaga, Spain are coming together!!*

We're currently securing dates and have two locations chosen. One location is a 20-person villa in the town of Marbella, and the other, a 10-person villa by the sea.

The cost will include several day excursions, including a trip to Sherry wine country, a culinary tour, and a full day in Morocco. I'll be cooking most of the meals for dinner, and we'll invite a private chef in for several nights as well.
