Relax and learn with us in beautiful Carlisle, PA as I lead a series of private wine tasting events, created just for the guests of the Pheasant Field B&B. Our approach is easygoing, non-judgmental, and simple; and whether you’re new to wine or a seasoned Epicurean, you’ll find yourself a bit more inspired and savvy when we’re done.
I’ve been conducting these events for over five years now, and they’ve created quite a following in other locations. Many Wine Weekend attendees become close friends and return every year to catch up and, “wine-down,” with us.

Friday
Meet & Greet Social
On Friday evening – as you check-in and get settled, you’ll enjoy wine and appetizers and get to know the Sommelier, Marc Supsic and the other guests. We’ll share stories about wine, food, travel and more, to set the stage for the weekend. Marc has been a long-time champion of Pennsylvania wineries and he’s excited to show the group how far PA wines have come in quality. We’ll taste some of his favorite rising stars of the State.
Saturday
Breakfast and Bubbles: Saturday begins with a specially prepared Pheasant Field breakfast; and of course, it wouldn’t be a wine weekend without a glass of bubbly!
Lunch and Learn: At the mid-day “Lunch & Learn,” Marc demonstrates the preparation of a few great wine pairing appetizers and then teaches you how to savor like a pro, as you enjoy a delicious lunch.
Italian Wine Pairing Dinner: After a few hours of free time, we’ll gather again on Saturday evening for a five-course authentic Italian dinner prepared by Carlisle resident, Chef Marco Giuliano, paired with some unique and esoteric Italian wines selected by Marc.
Bottle Share: It’s your turn to be the Sommelier! Bring a bottle of something you’d love to share. After dinner we can relax and get a taste of everyone’s personal favorites.

Sunday morning includes a luscious breakfast and fond memories of your delightful wine-centric weekend.

$125 per person, includes breakfast, an educational lunch & learn session, wine tasting, and a five-course dinner with wine pairing.
